We are dedicated to serving HOSPITALS
Regional Hospital Groups (Groupements Hospitaliers des Territoires, or GHT in French) represent a major reform of our healthcare system. They aim to better coordinate treatment in Public Healthcare Establishments (Etablissements Publics de Santé, or EPS in French) in a spirit of cooperation and rationalization.
Shared medical projects and treatment call for a redesign of processes to ensure better patient care and follow-up. Thanks to technology and the services of our subsidiaries, we are contributing to the success of this new organization, which seeks to group public and private stakeholders.
A PATIENT-CENTRIC platform
Restructuration on this scale raises questions about integration, interoperability and navigation within the Regional Hospital Groups. Our subsidiary aXigate specializes in healthcare information systems for Regional Hospital Groups and for hospitals of all sizes. Its Welcome© platform allows a convergence of information systems.
Since September 2019, the Hospitals of Marseille (AP-HM) have offered a digital communication gateway to link the health information of its patients between the city and the hospital. This gateway was designed in partnership with The Welcoop Cooperative and its subsidiaries. This innovation contributes to better patient care and a streamlined health journey for patients from home to medico-social and healthcare structures.
Which technological gateways are needed to drive this required convergence? Welcome© offers, for example, a server for multi-establishment identifiers and an identity matching search engine, with, at the heart of the solution, a unique patient database for the Regional Hospital Groups. Management of structures and movements as well as the integration of multiple Patient Administrative Files (Gestion Administrative du Patient, or GAP in French) can equally be dealt with.
In order to follow the consistency as well as the detail of patient healthcare journeys, Welcome© has integrated the Lifeline© component which presents all relevant events on a unique timeline.
BIG DATA technologies
How to unify and make data speak so that it can be useful for actions every day?
aXigate has developed Lookup© – big data technology integrated with Electronic Patient Files (Dossier Patient Informatisé, or DPI in French) to generate dashboards and monitor any indicator type. Carrying out predictive analyses on Regional Hospital Group patient databases will allow better risk anticipation and better treatment.
Lookup© incorporates complete data indexation, to enable instant searches on request and in real time on the entire patient database. Searches can be carried out directly by all trained medical teams, encouraging new modes of cooperation centered on patients and their data. This results in a unified and secure global vision of the healthcare information system.
Electronic PATIENT FILES
Patient treatment in the hospital environment requires the intervention of many healthcare professionals. The use of Electronic Patient Files (Dossier Patient Informatisé, or DPI in French) is therefore an important asset.
Developed using Responsive Design technologies as a base, Reflex© offers all the functionality of the Electronic Patient Files on PCs, tablets and smartphones. Reflex ensures the mobility and continuous accessibility of Electronic Patient Files in Regional Hospital Groups.
Post-hospital treatment
Our subidiary, D Medica, takes care of patients after their hospital discharge. It supports them at home or in assisted living structures in all healthcare services, in close collaboration with prescribers.
Telemedecine for chronic kidney disease
Our subsidiary, Pharmagest, through its eHealth division, offers an innovative medical device called eNephro, developed by the company Diatelic, now also a subsidiary of Pharmagest. This technological solution reduces the risk of deterioration in the health of home dialysis patients. eNephro permits an optimized exchange of data between healthcare professionals and patients, which leads to better treatment for those suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
